WORLD SKILLS PLACEMENT PROGRAM
Physicians Assistant (2 positions available)
Terms of Employment: Full Time
Salary: Varies ? between $12 and $15 per hour
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP
Location: various locations (Ottawa)
Skill Requirements:
1. High Level of English
2. Background in Pediatrics or Obstetrics / Gynecology
Other Details
Physician assistants will perform Well Baby and Well Woman exams at their designated clinics ? both are supervised by a family physician or an OB/GYN.
Successful candidates will be required to volunteer for a 2 to 3 month period. They would then be paid by the number of patients they see. For the Well Baby and Well Woman exams ? they would be paid $4 per patient and be expected to complete 4 exams per hour.
