今天早晨又听到一件类似的事情, 所幸的是Debit Card的额度只有500.
手法是相同的, 先存了1000刀(当然不会那么好心), 立刻取了500:flaming:

Because if you are a customer with the bank for a while, you will establish your credit over time. So whenever you make a deposit at the ATM, the first $500 is available to you right away before the bank physically go into the machine to check the cash or cheque.
