急问：宣誓通知书上有这样的Note是正常的吗？

收到宣誓通知书，但第一页下面有一段note: this notice is valid only if the citizenship judge approves your application. the judge may ask to meet with you in order to make a decision about your citizenship application. therefore, if you receive a “notice to appear-hearing with a citizenship judge", this appointment is cancelled.

大家的宣誓通知书上都有这段Note吗？还是就我这份有？有点糊涂了，有人在收到宣誓通知书后被cancel然后通知见法官的吗？

我的通知上有, 但什么也没有影响, 直接宣誓了.
感觉就是一种形式.
