一断电就上不了网，怎么回事？请帮忙

我家是用rogers上网，cable modem 联到router上。一台PC连到router上，另一台用wireless.我发现只要把modem的电源关掉，就连不上。以前我乱折腾，能上了，但是那天停电以后，PC怎么都上不了。Wireless时上时断。ping了一下，Lan是通的，结果是IP： 192.168.0.188; gateway:192.168.0.1 Roger的也是好的。用modem 直接连了PC也是好的。请问网络配置有问题吗还是router 硬件问题？ PC is using Win2000.
