foxmail只能收不能发(是否rogers block 端口25)

按照了所有的163邮箱的说明来设置foxmail,认证也打勾了, 防火墙也关闭了,就是发不了邮件,烦死啦, 听说rogers屏蔽了发邮件的25端口,是否有此事,如果被封了,怎么办??

Just use roger's smtp server to send mails.

In some cases, it may changed to need SMTP authentication. Please use the configuration of Rogers for SMTP port and authentication (you still can use the POP3 for 163 to get your msg).
