TRAINEES WANTED
Schmitz-Werke GmbH + Co. KG is looking for new Trainees to participate in their next leadership program. The goal of the Trainee Program is to further internationalize the markilux brand name in Spain, South America, India, USA, Canada and the United Kingdom while offering great market related job opportunities in the respective countries.
The program will begin between August and September 2006 so please contact us in a timely manner.
The objectives are individually defined but include the following activities:
Market Research and Strategy formulation
Market development
Implementing sales structures
Client acquisition
Telemarketing / Sales
Processing of client requests and initial orders
Translations
In addition the following projects will be assigned:
International trade strategy
Evaluation of different business models and their profitability
(licensing, joint venture, production)
Analysis of Logistics solutions & Operations Management
Requirements:
Completed BBA, MBA or similar international studies with specialization in International Trade, Operations Management, Consumer Behaviour, Cultural Sciences, Business Law or Accounting.
Interest in international sales and trade
Fluent in English or German
Native speaker in Chinese or French
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Analytical thinking in order to find creative solutions for complex tasks
Goal oriented function as well as team ability are your strengths
Entrepreneurial ability
High flexibility regarding readiness to work abroad
