It is in a nice quiet residential neighbourhood, yet close to the St. Laurent Transitway (max 10 min walk). Once on the Transitway, it is only a max of 10 min by bus to the University of Ottawa and downtown. There are a few major grocery stores around and a convenient shopping mall close by.
The house includes appliances such as stove, fride, oven, microwave, dishwasher, laundry and dryer. House also comes with centralized heating and air conditioning. Common rooms like dining room, living room, kitchen, basement and bathroom are shared and I already have most furniture. However the bedroom is unfurnished. Garage parking is also available.
