<HTML>我是一名找不到工作的新移民，想申请读EE类的Master，有哪位前辈可以指点一下，哪所学校对语言和专业成绩的要求相对低些，而且费用（学费，房租）相对来说比较便宜，不一定限制在安省，多谢在先！</HTML>

<HTML>i have same experience as yours. I think it needs TOEFL or GRE scores, at least TOEFL. and you should send your application more than half year before the term. Such as before april for the Autumn term. And I think if your background is good enough, leave ottawa to toronto or waterloo. And I am still trying to find job here, if failed, i will try that too.</HTML>

As I know, it is hard to apply toronto or waterloo, try Univ of Ottawa.

It depends on your background

<HTML>It all depends on your background and your TOEFL ,GRE score. Just like applying for usa university. And I think ottawa university is not very good. But anyway,If I were you, Carleton U 's E&E is also good choice.

<HTML>Try U of Alberta and U of Calgary.
BTW, U of A does not need application fee and
the ECE department miminum requirement is Toefl 580
no GRE.
