DVD/CD-RW can't burn DVD?

Hi,
I have DVD/CD-RW in my computer ( from Win explorer label). It seems that I can't burn 16xDVD+R. I thought my drive is up to date.

Please anybody help me out with this: Does my drive mean that only CD -RW and DVD only readable, or I have to download a DVD RW driver to my computer?
