关于breast pump

有一个，奶不通的时候可以帮很大忙。MEDELA的最好，手动电动都是。

consider electric instead, I've had both, and electric one is better!

The Medela Harmonic hand pump is fine for me. However, if you want the electric one, get the one that you can pump both sides coz each side will stimulate the other side to produce more milk.

how about "the first year"? because I only found medela eletric breast pump in toysRus, and it is quite expensive, where did you get your breast pump?

I mail ordered mine. If you searched eBay, you will find some cheaper ones, and some sellers are in Canada. Don't buy used one though because these pumps are not designed to be completely santized, so if the previous person has whatever disease, it will remain on the pumps and spread to your child.

You can also rent a hospital grade one which is designed to be completely santized, but they are quite expensive to rent, and you shouldn't really need that.
