专业宠物美容 = Professional Pet Grooming,有专门的学校.
让你失望了,只能把金毛变成拉不拉多,办法是shave-down,夏天很流行.
建议拉不拉多夏天做 B&B + AEN + Furminating.

B&B = Bath & Brush
AEN = Anal(small dogs only) + Ears + Nails
Furmiating = use a special tool to reduce loose hair

买个推子也就60。。。可以推无数次，自己练习下吧，很快上手的。

scissors(straight, curved,thinner shears)对很多狗是必须的,比如poodle, schnauzer,bichon...不过我们中国人好象没有人养,外国人养的人比较多.(这些品种需要经常的修剪比较贵,建议要养的人慎重考虑.)

你说的没错,自己练其实挺好玩儿的.在PetsMart可以买到grooming kit.

We'd tried many different groomers. Our small dog $28-$45. Our medium dog $28-$65.

I think teeth brushing, ear cleaning, nails trimming, nose cleaning are also as important as grooming the hair though.

B&B,AEN are the basic grooming for every dog. I've never learned of "nose cleaning" though. Besides, for dogs with pattern, #10 blade on sanitary area and #40 blade on pads are basic as well. This is what I learned and did in the States, however, the grooming shops here in Ottawa seems never do the #40 blade on pads...obviously different standard.

Bathe&Brush actually is the most important procedure during grooming. Believe of not, it actually plays quite amount of part on the final look. Since I don't have the professional B&B equipment myself, especially the blow dryer, I don't think I can help on 大家伙的狗狗们啦.等以后有机会吧.
