地板问题

租的房子，住了一年了，现在，也准备继续住下去。发现地板有很多问题。

1. 从CFC上找一华人搬来一个二手沙发时，把地板和进门的瓷砖划出很长大约有1米半的痕迹。这人很麻烦，最后，还说我们买的沙发重，工作辛苦要求加价。免得和他纠缠，最后，给钱走人，但是，发现地板和瓷砖都有很长的划痕。

2. 装的空调漏水，致使屋角二块地板开裂，想自己换掉不知道怎么换。

现在，如果不处理的话，是否会影响到其他的地板。而且，以后搬走时，估计屋业让付的钱更多。不知道是自己找人换还是最后等屋业罚？如果自己换，不知道怎么换法？如果找人的话，大家有什么好推荐的。

Don't do it yourself, your landloard may not like what you did and ask for the money anyway.
You may able to put back the crack wood floor after it total dry.This may take few weeks.Put a heavy thing on it may help. The indoor part of air condition should be higher than outdoor part so the water will drain outside.
For the scratch mark on the floor and tile, you may try some auto polish cream if there are not too deep. If the wood was cut deep.There are some pen like paint for repair furniture. They should work on floor too.
