T40 vs T42, T43

Hi,

You are comparing orange with apple.
T40 is the ultra slim model.

The design T40 is far superior than T42 or T43. It is not the number that counts. If you seen and used both you will know the difference.

Plus it is the last batch from IBM not from leveno with poor materials quality.

I have personally experience it when I compare them during the notebook shopping.

That is my own opinion and I have been using notebook for 5 yrs.

Sorry, but I didn't compare. I know IBM T series more or less as you do. I was trying to tell you that you were asking a bit too much for a used T40. You've lowered the price to a more reasonable one.

Point well taken. You should have said that earlier and not comparing. That is where the dispute begin.

I can say I know IBM notebook far more than you. As I mentioned in the post before, "materials" are inferior not the team. "Design" are directed towards your comparison between T43 and T40.
