I am looking for a place for rent near OU or Carleton area.
I prefer to have only one female roommate
I would like the rent in between $350 to $450 with all utilities included and preferly including parking also. Or I prefer to pay $30 or less for parking.
I don't mind to do some housework.
I am available to move in Sept 1st.

we have one room for $ 375 and living room for $ 275 , include electry, water and heat. Parkin outdoor is $30 a month 10 min 2 OU in Cedar wood. Thou we have 2 girls already n we want 2 have 4 roomates cause our appartment kinda big with 3 bedrooms and one living that i also \want 2 rent out so the rent of each person goes lower.
