Help -How to remove auto redirect my homepage Walware?

Hi all,

I have a problem with my computer.
Every time when I start my Internet Explorer. it right away automatically redirect to a url:Http://www.5xz.net/list.htm (it changes my homepage URL to this too).

I have used AVG 7.1 and ewido anti-spyware 4.0, but them can not remove it.

Please help if you have any idea, thanks!
