exp rules it all

I think experience is more important.

有 part time 工 作╋ ? ?

The name of university is important when you don't have any experience. Because some companys go to good university to find employee. When you have experience no body care which university you came from. Stay in OU. you wouldn't regret it.

Talk to a older friend who is working in Canada and went through all the trouble to find job for his advice. Your younger classmates who never woked here may not be a good reference.

XXX university is important only for master or PHD level.

exp is connected with performance too

Do not focus on a few dollars as long as you have money to
support you UT study. You have just one life. Choose the
best as you can. Being able to go to UT indicates your
quality as a person. Through your choice, you are stampled
as UT or CU on your head for life long.

I would go to UT if I were you. The chance is very big that you can find part-time work studying at UT, right? Or it is more likely that you can get a better full-time job after get your degree at UT.
Good luck to you!
