请教:小孩一定能在附近High School 就读吗?

I am going to move to Ottawa in 1 or 2 weeks, I would like a residency near to Lisgar Collegiate Institute (High School) so that my son would be eligible to get into this school. but I am not sure if there is a guarantee about that, I know that is OK generally though.

What are other good schools within Ottawa?

Could anyone please be kindly to provide me with his/her thought?
