帮一位朋友找房子。
价钱400左右，一个安静清洁，带简单家具的房间即可。他是男生，如果是apartment希望住2楼以上。因为没有车，不需要车位，想要近学校，上学不需要转车的。

因为我的朋友9月份才过来，所以希望至少能够住到fall term结束，不用签lease的。
