Dear students
For the year 2006-2007, we’re pleased to announce you the inauguration of an experimental project with goals to promote an ecological and collective mean of transportation and to ease financial accessibility to studies. This project rise from various discussions between AGE-UQO, Societe de transport de l’Outaouais (STO) and Table Jeunesse Outaouais (TJO). In total, eligible students to Cam-puce program will save 150.00$ per term on regular service of STO.
It will then cost 51.00$ for a full time UQO student living in Quebec to use STO (and OC Transpo) bus system for 4 whole months.
We hardly wish that this project become a permanent program and been extended to students from other institutions of Gatineau. To achieve this, it’s essential that the city of Gatineau put money in this first-time Outaouais project. We’ll continue to deploy all necessary means to ensure its achievement and success.
You can take part in this project and get your cam-puce UQO card between august 15th and September 15th 2006 in the three STO service center:
Aylmer: 181, rue Principale
Gatineau (1100, boul. Maloney (Promenades de l’Outaouais))
Hull : Librairie Réflexion au 320, boul. St-Joseph (Galleries de Hull)
STO offices 111, Jean-Proulx
STO will also be there during integration day on September 6th in Alexandre-Tache building and you’ll be able to get your Cam-puce card.
