Searsplan seems like a better one than Bell.

刚打过Bell中文热线，确认了是明年２月涨价。但因为每个人的billing cycle不同，所以截止日期有可能不一样。
贱贱是11月21日转到Bell的，所以可以将17c/min用到明年2月12日。如果现在就是Bell的客户，十一月的账单上会看到明确的截至日期。

I just transfered my long distance phone connection to Bell Canada the day before yesterday. I was told that the current rate of 17c/min will be ended till next Feb 16 when the rate is going to increase to 38c/min; and I was also told that the monthly fees of $4.99 will be exempted.
