想吃这种，不知怎莫样？有没有人在吃啊？或者大家都是采用什莫方法的？

That's good idea, but for me, it seems better when I'm taking it. Before I took the pills, my period was very unstable and I had very bad M cramps from time to time, but when I was taking that, my period was regulated and I didn't have much M cramps at all.

birth control pills 是什莫原理？

I think it's controling the hormone, so for some people who have hormone problem, the doctor might suggest to take birth control pills to stablize the hormone.
