I want to get a lefthanded mouse, any good brand/model to suggest?

I meant the actual design of the mouse, human mechanic designed for left hand use.

I use MX510 by logitech, which is a right hand design.

The only left-handed mouse I can find from them is MX610, which is very pricey.

No difference on some mice for left hand and right hand. Here is an example:
