It is a copy of your original 成绩单, and it must be certified by your university or notarized by a notary.

I remember what they asked for is not the notary copy, but the original which is directly mailed from your university.

or you get one from your university which is sealed by university, then mail to the canada university.


and some times, they may ask you to do teh creditial assement first, then you have to goto:

It is always best to have your former school submit your documents to this office directly. If they have come to this office from your former institution in an unopened envelope, we will not normally require verification of your documents and thus the assessment will be completed in a more timely manner. If this is not possible, however, we will accept copies of the original documents, but it is best to bring the original documents with you when you come to our office, so that we can examine them.
