Since it has exceeded the 90 days limit, you have no way getting the pgwp anymore. However, I suggest that you still submit your pgwp application to Albert. Just try it. I believe god helps those who help themselves. Good Luck!
you might need to go through HRSDC for work permit, but that is much more complicated, and there is possibility that they don't approve your application.
