Metro Towing company damages my car

Several days ago my car plate is changed by some one with a stolen plate so police ask Metro Towing company towed my car ( I do not know). later when I pick my car back I find the car body has some damages. The repair costs $2000.

Now how can I do? Please give me some suggestions.
