hey, i have a room in a 2-story house to rent.the location of the house is at the terminal of No. 8 (in getineau), from the stop to my place is about 4 blocks (within 10 minutes on foot). room is located in the main floor,next to the kitchen, and i will live upstairs. bathroom is on the upstaris as well. the rent is 320, including phone, internet. and utilities. u also have some simple funiture such as a desk, lamp, bed. i have a washer here, but no dryer, so u have to hang ur clothes in the back yard. currently i prefer to have short-term roommate, but we can talk about it later.a girl is preferred, but it is not a big deal.
i am a student of UO, so if you want to go to UO just take No. 8, i haven no idea of how to go to carlenton. if u have any interest in this room, please leave me a message. tks. (this room will be available from oct.)
