魁省换安省车牌被要求作安全检查，请问到哪里去做呢？

以为直接去换就完呢，没想到，被要求先去做安省的安全检查，还有尾气检测，问那个职员，她说不能推荐，让我自己去找。问题是找哪一家？有没有人推荐一下。另外要花多少钱呢？
