You can find lots of taxi company from yellow page. They should work 24/7. Call their call centre (the number you get from yellow page, blue line:613-238-1111 or capital: 613-744-3333/613-830-0242) and ask how long you have to wait. The meter in the taxi will show how much you should pay when you get your destination.
