关于ROGERS的宽带和有线电视

我用ROGERS的宽带，但是没有加有线电视，前些天发现有线电视也有信号，可以看，应该是不合法，想请教各位： ROGERS有没有可能性发现在看电视，万一发现了会有什么处罚？先谢谢了？

It's not your fault to leak the basic package programs to you. Actually Rogers has already charnged you for that. If you did'n't buy the TV service, you have to pay $5/month more for the cable than usual. That's the payment for the leakage. Rogers would rather to do it this way because it would cost more to block the basic package.

Rogers通常会保留有线电视信号2-3个月，请放心收看。
