今天填写入院分娩登记表，头一项让填hospital ID No.请问这个是填什么？谢谢。

When you join the hospital tour, they should give you a card that contains all information they need.

今天看妇产医生刚告诉我在那里生，给了我一个信封，填好了表寄出去，第一项就是这个，不知道该怎么填。

Then call and ask the 妇产医生 or his/her nurse then.

General hospital (not sure civic though) will give you a green hospital card contiaining your name, health card #, date of birth info, etc, if you do any check there. This hospital ID No should be the # on this hospital card. You may check with the hospital. If you are far from due, get the card next time you go to the hospital, fill the form then hand it in on the same day.

你可以问问你的专科医生有没需要填.我前一阵子也从专科医生那边获得一张表格,问了那项内容不用填,寄过去(GUEENSWAY HOSPITAL)没多久,医院那边会打电话过来向你核对一些资料.

嘻嘻，我已经大着胆子寄出去了，据我的经验不知道得就不用填，反正回头他们会给你搞定的，结果他们收到表格就核对了一下电话号码就完了，谢谢以上几位的恢复，我现在就安心待产了。
