紧急求救:工作签证被拒

有HRSDC的信.CIC拒签,理由是没有工作签证就工作了.要求立即离境或
在90天上诉.我担心会影响移民申请.这种事情要怎么处理.现在很着急.
哪位有经验,请大家帮忙.谢谢.

I dont know how they figure out. But i worked a year with work permit and changed
restaurant afterwards.

1. appeal.
2. never admit that u worked without permit, unless they have evidence.
3. don't pannic and stay calm.

Did u change your work permit when you changed restaurant?(assume u work in that restaurant and got paid by paid check)...

Maybe your work permit is conditional... which means that the permit only allows you to work for a specific place or time period.
