阳光旅行社的服务太差了

前些日子听说阳光的机票比较便宜，就准备在他那里订票。昨天过去，想问问机票的价格，进去之后看见一个华裔男子坐在里面，看到人头都不抬。我向他用中文询问机票的价格，他操着一口chinglish就说我不会说中文。我一看他那样子，就回答说：“ok, i will call you later”.这小子一看我要走，也顾不上装逼了，用特流利的国语跟我说:"我能听懂中文。然后就用国语帮我查了价格。竟然报出了$1550的高价，比日信，天宝足足贵了100块。不知道这人是对老板有意见，还是这旅行社不想干了。

The Chinese guy is pretty polite to me and my parents-in-law. Last time we told him we do not know how to apply the aeroplan. And he said he will do it for us. Few days later, when we pick up our tickets, he gave us our aeroplan number too. But at TinBo Travel, they will not do the extra for customers. And I don't think the ticket is more expensive than others. Last time when I bought the ticket from him, the price is better than TinBo Travel.
And also, I don't think he can speak good mandarin. Because my mother-in-law spoke to him in mandarin. He told her that he feel sorry for not speaking mandarin to her.
Anyway, I think his services is not as bad as you said. At least he is polite to my parents-in-law (seniors).

The Chinese guy is pretty polite to me and my parents-in-law. Last time we told him we do not know how to apply the aeroplan. And he said he will do it for us. Few days later, when we pick up our tickets, he gave us our aeroplan number too. But at TinBo Travel, they will not do the extra for customers. And I don't think the ticket is more expensive than others. Last time when I bought the ticket from him, the price is better than TinBo Travel.

他国语说得比我都好，特流利。只不过没事装逼罢了。我昨天在别的旅行社出的票，价格是1460包税。

Hey, The guy can't speak good Chinese. My friends and me made joke with him before. We knew he can not speak well. He is a funny guy. Most of my friends love to buy tickets from Sunnyview. He provides lots of information, and good price. We do not have any problems with him.

我个人觉得阳光的服务还是不错的. 而且我从阳光买的机票比别处还便宜一点点.

我认为，阳光是那种拉你进门前什么都行，进门后立马变脸的那种。
在他们那里报团旅游，后来才知道钱收的贵，而且行程全变了！！问他们为什么，就立马变脸，比变色龙还快！简直就是骗！
朋友在他们那里买机票也说上当了！价格一点都不便宜！据说买了机票后他们什么都不管，所有问题都要自己查，自己问！
我觉得他们这样做生意简直就是鼠目寸光！做一次生意就跑，不给自己留后路！
别以为自己没有竞争对手！！！客户不是傻子，其实价格都差不多，服务质量才是最好的竞争力，谁差几十块钱？服务差，我宁可买贵的也不给你生意做！我就为了舒心！失去一个客户并不意味失去一次赚钱机会，失去的是信誉，失去的将是自己的市场！！！阳光好好反省自己吧！

你以为他们会给你退？
跟富有一点关系都没有，以前我朋友们也为机票的事儿和他们吵了几次
原因就是实际上给订的电子票有问题，害得我朋友又自己买了一张

What is the problem for just registered?? You meant if I just registered, I can not say what is true?? You registered on April 19, 2005. Is that meant whatever you said is right?? Look like you got alot of time to check on others people personal info......????? Get a life!!!! Mr.(or maybe Ms. BM)
