Looking for government funded programs for EI recipients

I have already applied for EI regular benefit. Now, I would like to take some programs, such as accounting training program,to improve my skills. The program should be funded by the government and only provided to EI recipeints, better more than 3 months.

Just move to Ottawa, know nothing about such kind of program. Is there any friend who can give me some information?
