因为车库有Torsion Spring，所以没敢DIY。车库门左右各有一根钢丝，车库门升降时，钢丝会收到各自的轮盘中。我的情况时左侧的钢丝从轮盘中脱出来了。

把门和opener脱开.再把门推到顶,固定好.There will be little torsion left at this time.轮盘是由两个螺丝固定在轴上的,拧松螺丝 轮盘就活动了.把钢丝卷回去.调一下位置."左侧的钢丝从轮盘中脱出来了"是位置不正造成的.拧紧螺丝,把门放下来,就行了.
门开着干,位置上不是很顺手.可还能够到. spring is not under torsion should be safer.

十分感谢Tim。如果门推到顶，是不是意味着Spring已经没有吃劲？这样的话，我松开轮盘的螺丝就是安全的那？

应该是,看一看没坏一边的钢丝的绷紧成度就会知道.是不是完全没吃劲只有看了才知道.
我的那扇推到顶钢丝就松了.

再次感谢Tim！我今天检查了一下，Torsion Spring确实是没有吃劲，我轻松地把钢丝解了下来，然后从新按照轮盘的纹路绕了上去，问题解决了！

这就要动那根torsion spring了.估计是弹簧上的不够紧.以后装opener的时候叫专业的装.把弹簧调一下.这样opener吃力少些,不容易坏.

调torsion spring技术上不难弄.上HD买两根铝棒,插进spring一边的洞一上一下的上紧.问提是危险,一失手那两根少林棒正对脑壳不是闹着玩的.

First you have find the exact reason why it is so tight. It may be caused by other reason. I adjusted my garage door two weeks ago. The problem was the door couldn't be closed even I turned the force to max. I released the door with the opener and checked the movement carefully. I found the reason was the track was not installed so vertically. When the door moved down to 1/3 postion, the door touched the track and got more and more friction. I adjusted the track and gave the door 1/2 cm more room to move. Now it moves smoothly and requires the opener small force.

BTW, don't take off the door and track for the adjustment! Loose some screws and use a hammer to adjust it.

我看了一下， 我的情况应该和你的一样。 当我的Garage Overhead Door关到2/3时，那个门就很紧的贴在边框的木板上。在这种情况下， 是不是调一下螺丝就行了？ 要把车库门先完全打开再调整screws么？

我的做法是，找到一个基本不需动的部位，把该部位的螺丝略为松一点点。其他部位的螺丝松几圈，用锤子把轨道往需要的方向敲一敲，到位后，把螺丝一一拧紧。因轨道上的螺丝孔多半是椭圆的，轨道多少有调整的余量。如果个别螺丝别住了轨道的移动，可干脆卸掉它，带轨道定位后，重新打孔装上该螺丝。千万不能同时卸掉多颗螺丝，以免轨道脱落，这就麻烦大了。

同时也要检查门上的轮子。每个轮子应该有适当的活动余量。如太紧，可单独调每个轮子。
