It actually is iTallBB. I've been using it half year. I was quit satified with it at the beginning, but it is becoming worse these a few months. I got a couple problems that they can't fix.
1. Free China number is not working most of the time. It suposed to be a free call from China by dialing 179710+BB-number. But after people dial 179 the call is disconnected. At least this happends often in Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, and Jiangxi. For China Unicom user, it is rdiculous to ask the caller to input IP account and passord. People can only dial in occasionally from China.
2. It claims it supports Call Transfer, but actually not.
3. When you out-call somebody, your number displayed on the phone of the other party may be wrong.
4. It can't call some 1-800 numbers sometimes without any reason.
5. The connect rate and voice quality drop a lot after 9:00pm. It may be caused by increased users without bandwidth and signalling server increasing.
6. It claims it can be carried to any place where there is high-speed. But I found it is difficult to register with the server when I was travlling in China.
7. It refuses to provide any receipt or invoice, either hard copy or soft copy, after charging customer. It only provides online enquiry for recent 6 months balance. In case there is dispute, you even don't have any evidence to argue with them.
I called their customer support many times, but there agents just always try to find some excuses to finish the call. It seems no way to reach their supervisor and we don't know if their management team knows those problems.
