请教：选哪种方式来付房屋地税？

收到市政府的信，让选哪种方式付房屋地税。给了三种选择：

1） Payments on the 1st of each month
2) Payments on the 15th of each month
3) Payments on "Tax Due Date"

前两种好理解，但第三种不太清楚。第三种是不是跟付信用卡差不多，也是每月付费，只是“Due Date”不是第一和第二种说的1号和15号？

据说还有其它方式，比如一年付两次。象这种一年付两次的方式，一般什么时候付费呢？
