北国风采歌舞晚会 采风

2002年11月30日， 北国歌舞团举办了一场丰富多采的北国风采歌舞晚会，为冬天Ottawa的华人社区增添了一道亮丽的风景。 节目全部由我们周围的朋友们利用学习，工作之余时间排练而成，感谢北国歌舞团的组织者，在业余时间为大家的生活带来了这么多的乐趣。 :banana: :banana:

此外，David_Lee也特别感谢 中华导报赞助胶片和冲洗费用，也感谢DDDD网友友情赞助胶片。

Would you like give me a hand? Help me to reach the people on my pictures. Up to now, I received few people to give their permission to post the pics on my webpage.

I don't know if they like or dislike the pics. I will withdraw the pictures who didn't give my permission. Sorry about that.

I ever asked for permission from many people, including offcial of govenment, parents of kids. They all liked to give me a kind permission, for the reason I also bring a beautiful thing to their life. They felt pleased to offer a very simple help to a photographer as a thank.

The thing friends can do for me is very simple : to put " I allow you to post the picture of my image on your webpage in public." in your email. It is very simple but very important for me.

Sometime, I felt frustrated...

the question is that:
If you work as a photographer for a newspaper to take photo, for example, like me, as a Canadachinanews's photographer to record the performace of Bei_Guo, you need not ask for any permission to post pictures in public. But you have to post them at newspaper firstly.

Otherwise,

You need a permission from the person to allow you to post the pics in public. Generally speaking, it is a way to protect yourself, because you work as a photography and you will take many many picrure for many people. Secondly, there is possibility of which you might hurt someone in unkown. Different people have different views to see your work. You could post any picture in public in your own way, but you have to take the responsibility.


About the permission:
Formal permission will be a standard release form which can be easily
obtained by many way, for example, from journalist orgnization. It is very simple. You ask for the person shown in the picture to sign it.

Informal permisssion can be a phone call, email, even a talk face to face, under the condition you are sure there is not big trouble after you post the pics, for example, you post a pictures of your friends, a girl in performance. It is depends on your personal judgement on the relationship between you and others.

Basically, permission is a two trust way. Without trust, without anything. The permission will give a way to respect the people shown in your pictures, to be sure that the people won't be hurt by your pics. furthermore, permission will give a way to protect yourself, you are looking for a happy life not a trouble.

In this performance of Bei-Guo, I worked for Canadachinanews, but unfortunately, the pictures missed the time to be published. In order to let the friends enjoy these pictures of the performance, and share the happiness of the beautiful moment, I posted them in my webpage,also with the purpose of letting friends to download them.

I like to see I can be helpful to bring pleaseure to people, But I need valuable assistance from people. For most of things, no one can not do them very well only without people'e warm help.

Trust is a two way work. Without basic trust, without anything.
