请问国际学生的孩子上小学要交学费吗?

If the child was born in Canada, it is free of course. No idea if he/she is a citizen of other country. However, I guess it is quite probably free since education is basic requirement for children by law.

if the child is not a citizen, he/she needs a study permit to go to school. if the parents have scholarship, the child doesn't
need to pay tuition fee; otherwise, he/she needs to pay about 10k per year.
