请教各位高人：关于美国签证的问题

我是多伦多的，因为这边排期要等很久，所以我约了12月14号到渥太华来面试。有两个问题要请教各位高人。
1，关于100美元的申请费是到银行交还是到大使馆交？
2，如果签证通过了，是当天可以拿到，还是要等第二天？如果是第二天，最早什么时间就可以去拿？

US visa office doesn't take any cash. You have to pay it at Scotiabank in advance. You can download the balnk payment form as per the instruction of your appointment package.

It used to be issued the same day. But now it takes 3-4 days (for security check etc.) after 911. If you can't pickup yourself, you can buy a prepaid Xpresspost envelope in Canada post in advance. The visa office will mail it to you. See instruction in you appointment package.

Are you sure about that? Why I could directly pay $USD 100 cash in VISA office last time?
