thanks for the info. i saw a few townhouse listed in 95~99 k range. but are occupied with tenants. I'd like to get one and move in soon. I guess i have to be patient and wait it out. houses are very overpriced right now, like hight tech stocks. The banker told me more people are going to sell houses when they can't get job by summer. that's why the interest is so low because they want to push people to buy up the over built houses and boost the economy. people bought overpriced house when they are overpaid. I got a low pay job but safe and can afford renting for few more months or years. But the banker keep asking me every time when i'm moving to my own house.
