1.防冻液要去哪里买？买哪种的好？
2.听人说，新车最好去做个防锈，有这个必要吗？
3.新车都要注意哪些事情，和怎么保养？

1. No need to change the coolant of a new vehicle. In order to keep the warranty valid, you have to do service at an authorized dealer.

2. Do under-body rust protection only.

no, that called undercoating protection, the offical name is paint sealant

rustproofing might void your new car warranty
fortunately Mr.Lube dude told us before we did that, and it turned out if you do that yourself(anywhere else than the dealer), the rustproof warranty would be gone.
FYI, in the case of Audi. not sure about other mfg.
