Two rooms available in our basement. These rooms have separate entrance, washroom, and kitchen. One big room is $380/m, one small room is $210/m, utilities included. It is in the Baseline/Woodroffe area. Only 6-minute walk to Algonquin College, 4-minute walk to Baseline Rd with very easy buses to Carleton U, U Ottawa and shopping centers.
