why i can not apply the mail rebate in staples web site

i purchased the laptop in staples, and i got the cannon printer, web camera, wirless router. And I can get the $60 after i apply the mail rebate. But when i apply in the web site, it shows like that

Rebate Offer Number: 076875

This Rebate Offer must be submitted by mail. Online claims are not accepted.

Instructions and the mailing address for claims can be found on the rebate form for this offer.

so anyone did it sucessfully, or i must mail them.
