I landed in Canada last year, which means my application should be processed since Dec,1. I mailed out my application on Oct,29 , but 10 days ago they called me to get the card, so quickly.
I got it last Monday(Dec,2)in person at the immigration office. They should not have processed my application so early according to their schedule. I do not know why their efficiency became so high. But I am surprised and happy.
