Perform installation as well as preventative and remedial maintenance of a large variety of computer equipment and network infrastructure
Maintain accurate and professional documentation of client activities.
Monitor problems and escalate them to the Service Manager
Ascertain the problem(s) and record all information in the ticketing system
Accept the responsibility of each issue.
Must promote and support the selected products strategy within organization.
Requirements:
5+ years experience in network design/troubleshooting role.
Expert knowledge of MS Server 2k/2k3, Exchange 2k/2k3.
Expert knowledge of TCP/IP routing and firewalls.
Experience with VPN technologies.
A professional image consistent with HCS and reliable transportation are a must.
Certifications required:
MCSE 2003 (preferrably with Exchange)
Comptia A+
Nice to have certifications:
Citrix CCA Presentation Server 4.0
Sonicwall CSSA
CISP
Microsoft Small Business Specialist
