waiting for the citizenship

My friend applied for the citizenship on Nov. 2005. After taking finger print on spet. 2006 he hasn't get any further information. Is it resonable and does anyone have the same situation ?

mine was handed in on Aug 30 2006, and they asked me to sumbit my FP on Oce 3, 2006, after that...no more...

If you are asked for finger printing, it always takes one year more to get it. The government needs time to do background investigation. You know what the productivity of the government is.
