[问题] 在一个停车场被人撞了

在一个停车场被人撞了，当时我在前进，刚起步速度不快，那家伙没有check后面就突然迅速倒车，结果后面保险杠撞在我的后门上，门都撞鳖了，nnd。大家给评评理，该怎么负责！

还有请推荐有没有好点的bodyshop。多谢多谢！！

如楼主所说应该是对方责任。

你需要记录他的信息，留下当时装车的证据。找你自己的保险公司报。如果你只保的基本保险，保险公司要调查之后才能给你索赔，通常都很慢。如果你是全包，他们马上会给你钱，然后在调查责任。

调查完后，如不是你的责任，来年保费不会长。

如果没有当时留下对方的信息，和证据比如证人照片的话。那就算你倒霉了。没得赔。

In a parking lot its always 50/50 so really there isnt any point going through insurance unless u have full $0 deducable which is free and ur insurance won't go up at all.

Couple of body repair shops on Bank st. If u just want a ok job done, go to Macco, its not the greatest but for normal repairs and factory fainishes its cheap and reliable.

In a parking lot its always 50/50 so really there isnt any point going through insurance unless u have full $0 deducable which is free and ur insurance won't go up at all.

Couple of body repair shops on Bank st. If u just want a ok job done, go to Macco, its not the greatest but for normal repairs and factory fainishes its cheap and reliable.
