Happiness is permanent. It is always there.
What comes and goes is unhappiness.
If you identify with what comes and goes, you will be unhappy.

If you identify with what is permanent and always there,
you are happiness itself.

嗯，值得努力去领会，太阳月亮出来了又下去不是哈批妮丝，象个我家的灯老挂在那里的才是哈批妮丝。

才看了朋友从印度旅行回来整理的照片，发现注解里好多Papaji的字样，你就贴了Papaji的“鸡汤”。
