Hi,

I am not sure, but if you go to bank and ask "I wish to open an account to buy/sell securities", then they would make an appointment with one in the samll office in which you can talk with he or she who knows the rule.

也许你可以开一个买卖加拿大股市的账户，你的开户银行就能帮你开。开买卖美国股市的账户，如果你不是永久居民或公民是不行的。不过买卖加拿大的股票又有何意思呢？加拿大的股票总体来说不活跃成交量又小
