gifted students program?

Yesterday, my grade 2 daughter brought home a form from school. Her teach nominated her to attend a gifted child test (CCAT test). And asked for parents approval. I know this test is for gifted students program in school. I know a lot of Chinese kids here are in the program. From parent of view, do you think this program is good? And what they do in the program? And how is the test? What kind of question they will ask? Thank you very much for your response in advance. Not familiar with the education system here. So quiet confusing. :flaming:

just a program, doesn't make a difference, just improve the attitude

most of the best kids graduating from high school are not from gifted program
